Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 450 gm Pork fillet, cubed (1lb)
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornflour
  • 275 gm Broccoli, cut into small florets (10z)
  • 1 x Red pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
  • 2 tsp Schwartz Oriental Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Schwartz Grnd Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. Dark brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Dark soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Malt vinegar
  • 200 ml Chicken stock, (7 fl ounce)
  • 175 gm Beansprouts, (6oz)

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or possibly a large frying pan. Toss the pork in 2 tbs cornflour and fry for 4-5 min till browned. Add in the broccoli and fry for 2-3 min and then add in the red pepper. Blend together the 1 tsp cornflour, Oriental Stir-Fry Seasoning, Ginger, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and stock. Add in to the pan and bring to the boil, stirring. Stir in the beansprouts and cook for 1-2 min.
