Asian Turkey Burgers

Healthy Turkey Burgers with Asian flair!

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound ground turkey (I use 93% lean)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Tbls Soy Sauce
  • 6 mushrooms (I use the Baby Bellas, but Shitake would be great as well)
  • Olive Oil
  • Dash of Pepper
  • Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Direcciones

  1. Dice up the mushrooms.
  2. Saute them in a little bit of olive oil, for about 5 minutes
  3. Add mushrooms to the meat.
  4. Season with a dash of pepper, soy sauce, and garlic.
  5. Mix together, and form into patties. Form them so they have a little well in the middle, so they don't puff up in the middle.
  6. Make sauce. Mix together hoisin sauce, lime juice and sesame oil.
  7. Over medium to medium-high heat cook burgers for approx 15 minutes, flipping half way.
