Ingredientes

  • 16 stalk asparagus, cleaned and trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated parmesan cheese Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cook asparagus in boiling, salted water for 5 to 7 min, or possibly till al dente. Drain.
  3. Heat butter in ovenproof pan. Add in asparagus and saute/fry for 5 min.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese, add in salt and pepper, and bake for 2 min.
  5. Transfer to boiler and gratinee for 2 min or possibly till golden.
  6. Serve.
  7. Note: Use freshest asparagus available.
