Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs, (up to 4) Salt and pepper, to taste Asparagus, dressed, cut
  • 2 ounce Butter Toast slices

  1. Beat three or possibly four Large eggs well with pepper and salt. Cut some dressed asparagus into pcs the size of pease, and stir them into the Large eggs. Heat two ounces of butter in a small stew-pan, and pouring in the mix, stir it until it thickens, and serve it warm on a toast.
