Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 lb asparagus
  • 1 tsp veg. oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. plum sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 3/4 tsp mustard pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Trim asparagus; cut spears diagonally into 1 1/2-inch pcs.
  2. In a pan, heat 2 inches of water to boiling. Add in oil, salt, and asparagus; cook till tender-crisp, 1 to 2 min. Drain, rinse with cool water, and drain again. Pat dry with paper towels. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  3. Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Just before serving, pour dressing over asparagus, sprinkle with Diamond Sesame Glazed Walnuts and toss lightly to mix.
  5. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings
