Ingredientes

  • 8 x red potatoes
  • 8 ounce turkey ham minced thinly
  • 16 ounce fresh mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 1 pkt Butter Buds(r) dry
  • 8 ounce Lowfat Cheddar Cheese
  • 30 ounce asparagus, canned

Direcciones

  1. In skillet sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray, saute/fry mushrooms and ham together along with the dry packet of Butter Buds.
  2. In the meantime microwave the redskin potatoes till cooked.
  3. Cut cooked potatoes into 1/3" slices. Arrange sliced cooked redskins on a 9" x 13" pan which has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray. Spread sauteed mushrooms and ham over potatoes. Arrange asparagus spears in strips. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over asparagus, ham and mushrooms. Broil for 3-5 min or possibly till top of cheese is golden and warm.
  4. Serves 6.
