Ingredientes

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • 3 x Large eggs slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. Crushed Ritz Crackers
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Shredded Chedder
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted

Direcciones

  1. Snap end off of Asparagus and steam 6-8 min or possibly till crisp-tender. Meanwhile mix Large eggs, crackers, lowfat milk and cheese together. When asparagus is done cut into 1" pcs and add in to mix. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Drizzle butter over top. Cook for 30 min at 350.
