Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Minced shallots
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced pickled ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Wasabi pwdr
  • 2 tsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. Dark sesame oil Kosher salt, to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 lb Fresh asparagus

Direcciones

  1. Prepare a charcoal fire. In a small bowl, combine the shallots, pickled ginger, wasabi pwdr, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil.
  2. Whisk thoroughly to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper Brush the asparagus with some of the vinaigrette. Grill the asparagus over warm coals till bright green and tender. Serve the asparagus drizzled with the remaining vinaigrette.
  3. This recipe yields 2 to 3 servings.
