Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 lb Trimmed asparagus
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 3 x Flour
  • 1 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 dsh Wht pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat margarine in med. saucepan. Stir in flour, cook 1 minutes. Add in broth and lowfat milk, stirring constantly w/ whisk. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 mins. Remove from heat and whisk in mustard, lemon juice and white pepper. Keep hot while cooking asparagus- do not boil.
