- Don't slice the vegetables too thick or possibly too thin.
- Mix flours, salt, cumin seeds, turmeric to make a batter for dipping.
- Heat oil to deep fry. When warm, add in a Tbsp. to the batter and mix.
- Dip the vegetables, slice by slice and slide into the warm oil. Fry on medium heat until golden.
- Serve warm with sauce or possibly chutney as desired.
