Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper
  • 6 med potatoes cut 1/4" slices
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Paprika for sprinkling

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 7- by 11-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the lowfat milk, Italian seasoning, onion pwdr, salt, and pepper. Arrange the potato slices in the casserole dish. Pour the lowfat milk mix over the potatoes and dot with the butter. Cover and bake for 1 hour or possibly till the potatoes are tender.
  3. Uncover and sprinkle proportionately with the Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses then the paprika. Bake, uncovered, for 8 to 10 min more, or possibly till the Cheddar is melted. Serve immediately.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  5. Comments: If you want to go heavier on the seasonings, which's fine. Make it as flavorful as your gang likes.
