Aunt Molly's Sour Cream Chocolate Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 T baking soda
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 large eggs, well beaten
  • 2 T vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Mix chocolate, shortening and water on stove till thick. Add in sugar, flour, large eggs and vanilla to chocolate mix. Put together lowfat sour cream and baking soda. Add in to batter. Pour batter into large loaf pan or possibly 10 inch tube pan which is well greased. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till cake tester comes out clean.Cake becomes even more moist if frzn and then thawed.
