Aunt Nellie's Chocolate Bread Pudding

Ingredientes

  • 4 c. lowfat milk, scalded (180 degrees)
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, grated
  • 2 c. stale bread crumbs, about 4 slices
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 lg. or possibly 3 med. large eggs, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Soak bread and chocolate in lowfat milk for 20 min, add in remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered 2 qt casserole and place in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or possibly till knife comes out clean.
