Think of a sweet and sour pickle only in peppers. They are wonderful on sandwiches, and have a fresh and tasty zing of flavor. Enjoy!!

- Wash and clean peppers, slice in quarters, fry in oil and place in clean pint jars.
- Put in vinegar, sugar and garlic and add enough water over peppers just up to the rim and put on tops and screw lids loosely.
- Cold pack for about 10 minutes remove the jars from water and make sure the seal is tight.
- Let cool makes.
