Aunt Pearl's Mystery Pecan Pie

Ingredientes

  • Filling:
  • 1 8oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (Can use 8 packets Equal)
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/4 cup Pecans (chopped)
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup Corn Syrup
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (Can use 6 packets of Equal)
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Ready Made Pie Crust

Direcciones

  1. Mix 1/3 cup sugar, salt, vanilla and 1 egg and beat on medium speed until blended. Spread on bottom of pie crust and sprinkle with pecans.
  2. Combine all topping ingredients and blend on medium speed until thoroughly mixed. Pour over filling. Top with more pecans.
  3. Bake 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until firm to the touch.
  4. Enjoy!
