Aunt Rose's Belle Acres Fudge Cake

Ingredientes

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 pound butter

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter, cocoa, and sugar. Add in large eggs and remaining ingredients. Bake 25 min in a well-greased 8x16 inch pan at 325 degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients and cook in iron frying pan over low heat. Stir till mix boils. Let it boil hard for 1 minute. Cool for 5 min in mixing bowl and then beat till thick. Spread over fudge cake.
