Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Rhubarb - sliced, (450g)
  • 2 x Pears - sliced
  • 8 ounce Plums - stones removed and halved, (225g)
  • 3 Tbsp. Water, (3 to 4)
  • 2 ounce , (50-75g) caster, (2 to 3) sugar to taste
  • 1/2 x Schwartz Vanilla Pod - split
  • 1 x Schwartz Cinnamon stick - broken in 2

Direcciones

  1. Place all the fruit in a large saucepan with the water, sugar, Vanilla Pod and Cinnamon Stick. Simmer for 10 - 15 min till fruit is tender.
  2. Cold and remove the Vanilla Pod and Cinnamon Stick just before serving. Serve with cream, or possibly as the filling for a crumble or possibly pie.
