Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter
  • 1 med onion diced
  • 2 x garlic cloves minced fine
  • 2 x red bell peppers diced
  • 2 x zucchini diced
  • 2 x yellow summer squash diced
  • 1 c. frzn lima beans
  • 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn corn kernels Salt Freshly grnd pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. sage minced

Direcciones

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat butter. Add in onion; cook till translucent/soft, 2 min. Add in garlic, bell peppers, zucchini, squash, lima beans, and corn. Season with salt and black pepper; cook, stirring, till vegetables are tender, 10 min. Stir in sage, and serve.
  2. Serves 8.
