Ingredientes

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. cleaned, cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. warm cooked rice

Direcciones

  1. See Deviled Shrimp Sauce recipe.
  2. Prepare Deviled Shrimp Sauce. Mix egg and salt. Dip shrimp into egg mix, then coat with bread crumbs.Heat butter in medium frying pan. Add in shrimp and brown on both sides. Arrange shrimp on rice; pour sauce over shrimp. Makes 4 servings.
