Receta Avocado and dill deviled eggs
The perfect healthy snack or the perfect finger food appetizer.
Serve as an appetizer or finger food with prosciutto or ham, cherry tomatoes, toast. Also, you can top them with pieces of smoked salmon to make them extra appealing. Ideal for Paleo or Atkins diet!

Cook the eggs for 10 minutes, cool completely and peel.
2.
Slice hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolk from whites and set in a bowl.
3.
With a fork mash yolks, avocado, lemon juice, mustard, dill weed and spices until creamy.
4.
Spoon or pipe filling into empty whites. Garnish with dill and Cayenne pepper.
