Ingredientes

  • 1 x avocados
  • 1/4 c. cream
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar, cider
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic, crushed salt, pepper
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Peel, seed and dice the avocado.
  2. Place all ingredients except lowfat sour cream into and electric blender and puree 15 seconds till smooth.
  3. Stir in lowfat sour cream.
  4. Use on your favourite tossed salad.
