- In a food processor, combine scallions, cilantro and garlic; process till finely minced. Add in avocado; process till smooth. Add in yogurt, buttermilk.
- 1/4 c. water, lime juice, curry pwdr and red pepper to food processor; process till smooth. Cover and chill at least 1 hour, till well chilled. Each 1/2 c. serving contains 115 calories, 5 gm fat, 104 mg
