Ingredientes

  • 250 ml Tomato ketchup, (8 fl ounce)
  • 125 gm Cream cheese, (4oz)
  • 1 x Lemon, juice of
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 x Lettuce, shredded finely
  • 4 x Ripe avocados
  • 4 x Spring onions, minced finely

Direcciones

  1. Mix together the ketchup, cream cheese, lemon, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, black pepper and salt, cover and stand for about 1 hour.
  2. Just before serving, spoon the avocado flesh out in large pcs.
  3. Divide the lettuce and place it in the bottom of individual cocktail glasses. Lay the avocado pcs on top and spoon over the sauce and garnish with the minced spring onions.
