Ingredientes

  • 2 x avocados
  • 1 x clove garlic, quartered
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chives, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. fresh tarragon, minced half a lime, juice of
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. light cream

Direcciones

  1. In food processor fitted with chopping blade, puree avocado with garlic, lime juice, and herbs. Heat butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in avocado puree and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, till heated through. Add in cream and continue to heat, but don't allow to boil.
  2. Salt to taste and serve.
