Ingredientes

  • 2 x Avocados -- ripe Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 x Clove garlic -- chopped
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream Salt -- to taste Freshly grnd black pepper To taste
  • 3 Tbsp. Chives -- chopped

Direcciones

  1. Peel, pit and mash the avocados with the lemon juice and garlic. Stir in the lowfat sour cream slowly. Add in salt and pepper to taste. 2. For a cool sauce, stir in the chives. Fold with crab meat or possibly lobster meat for a great salad or possibly serve alongside cool salmon. For a hot sauce, heat gently in a double boiler till warm but don't allow to boil. Stir in the chives and serve.
  2. Yield: About 2 c. This sauce is excellent for salmon, shrimp, crab or possibly lobster.
