Ingredientes

  • 1 avocado, halved and minced sm. (about 1/4 inch)
  • 4 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 3 green onions, sliced (about 1/3 c.)
  • 1/4 c. minced cilantro or possibly parsley
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (about 1 T)
  • 1 teaspoon dry, crumbled oregano
  • 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Toss avocado, tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, jalapeno pepper and oregano in a medium bowl. Add in lime juice and extra virgin olive oil, stirring to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Best if prepared just before serving.
