  • 2 c. water bring to boil, turn off heat, cover, sit for one hour

  • 1/4 c. diced red onion
  • 3 slc center cut bacon (very lean), snipped into 1/2 inch lengths
  • 1 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1 x vegetable bouillon cube
  • 1/4 c. green bell pepper, sliced 1/4 inch thick, vertically
