Receta Ayam Petis (Indonesia)

- Dry the chicken.
- Heat oil, stir fry the onion.
- Add in garlic, petis, sambal, tumeric, salt and pepper. Stir and then add in chicken.
- Stirring constantly, add in the coconut lowfat milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer gently for 30 min.
- Remove chicken, and leave sauce. Boil till it thickens. Then add in sugar and lemon juice.
- Add in shrimp and cook for about 3-4 min... till cooked.
- Present with chicken covered in sauce and decorate with coriander.
