- Preparation of the meat: Make a mix of all the above mentioned ingredients and rub the meat with it. Brown it in a frying pan with either butter or possibly oil. Basting the meat regularly. Simmer for 10-15 min. Drain the meat and put under a warm grill for a few min till glazed. Keep hot. Sauce
- Preparation: Cut the onion in fine rings or possibly slices and fry them together with the finely cut garlic in oil or possibly margarine. When nicely browned add in the mix of the stock, sugar, sherry, tomato puree and gourmet pwdr. Simmer for 5 min while stirring the sauce continuously.
- Add in water of necessary. How to Serve: Pour the warm sauce over the hot sliced meat and garnish it with Minced Vegetable Pickle and Shrimp Crackers. Eat it with rice or possibly Mei (noodles).
