Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 5 sm Onions, coarsely cut
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Apricot jam
  • 1 handf raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. Chutney
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 x Tomato, cut up
  • 4 slc Bread
  • 2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 x Egg
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Hot a heavy pot. Put in first 8 ingredients, hot thoroughly.
  2. Remove from heat and add in next 6 ingredients. Return to low heat and mix till bubbly.
  3. Dampen and dice bread. Add in to mix and stir well.
  4. Add in grnd beef and cook for 15 min.
  5. Fill a shallow greased casserole dish with Baboti mix.
  6. Beat egg with lowfat milk. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Pour over Baboti mix.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min (till custard is golden brown).
  8. Serve with yellow rice and salad.
