Ingredientes

  • 1 bot (large) Cheese Whiz
  • 6 ounce Cornstarch
  • 2 quart Lowfat milk, reserve 2 c.
  • 1/2 ounce Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 ounce Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 lb Bacon, diced, cooked, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Onions, sauteed
  • 12 ounce Beer
  • 4 Tbsp. Chicken bouillon Parsley

Direcciones

  1. Heat lowfat milk in a double boiler till hot, not boiling. When lowfat milk is steaming, add in chicken boullon, worcestershire, and tobasco. Cook off bacon till brown, not crisp, add in onion and sautee. Add in corn starch which has been blended with two (2) c. of reserved lowfat milk. Stir till cornstarch has been cooked into soup. (thick) Add in cheese, beer, and garnish with parsley. Walt
