Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce Wagon-wheel pasta
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Unsalted butter or possibly: margarine
  • 1 sm Onion, minced, up to
  • 4 x Plum tomatoes, stemmed, diced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 pkt (10 ounces) frzn baby green peas
  • 1/2 c. Light cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper Grated parmesan, (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Cook wagon wheels in large pot
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil and butter in medium-size skillet over medium-high heat. Add in onion; cook till softened, about 2 min. Add in tomatoes and garlic; cook 2 min. Add in peas; cook 2 min. Stir in cream; cook 4 min, till thickened. Stir in basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Drain pasta; toss together with sauce in serving bowl. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese if you like.
