Ingredientes

  • 2 x rashers bacon
  • 1 x onion
  • 1 x avocado
  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 tsp baking pwdr
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. grated tasty cheese
  • 1/4 c. basil pesto
  • 2 x tomatoes

Direcciones

  1. Remove rind from bacon and chop flesh finely.
  2. Peel onion and chop finely.
  3. Remove skin and stone from avocado. Chop flesh roughly.
  4. Sift flour and baking pwdr into a bowl.
  5. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk together.
  6. Add in cheese and combine.
  7. Toss bacon, onion and avocado through flour mix.
  8. Add in egg mix and combine.
  9. Pour into a baking paper lined bottom 20cm cake tin.
  10. Bake at 200 C for 30 min or possibly till cooked through.
  11. Stand 5 min before turning out.
  12. Cut in half horizontally.
  13. Spread base with pesto.
  14. Slice tomatoes and place over pesto.
  15. Place top of bread on. Cut into wedges to serve
