Ingredientes

  • 375 gm Brussels sprouts, trimmed (12oz)
  • 25 gm Butter, (1oz)
  • 4 x Rashers smoked streaky bacon, minced
  • 200 gm Cooked and peeled chestnuts, halved (7oz) Salt and freshly grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Place the Brussels sprouts into a large pan of boiling water and cook for 5-8 min till just tender.
  2. Heat the butter in a large frying pan and add in the bacon. Fry till crispy.
  3. Add in the chestnuts and liquid removed sprouts and cook for a further minute mixing well. Add in seasoning to taste.
  4. NOTES : A traditional festive way to serve Brussels sprouts.
