Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 x bacon rashers, cut into strips
  • 1 x onion, finely minced
  • 100 gm mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pkt MAGGI Mushroom Soup Mix
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 x cooked potatoes, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley, (1 to 2)
  • 1 sht ready-rolled puff pastry

Direcciones

  1. Heat the butter in a pan.
  2. Add in the bacon and onion and cook for 2-3 min.
  3. Add in the mushrooms and cook for a further 2-3 min.
  4. Combine the soup mix and lowfat milk.
  5. Stir into the onion mix.
  6. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then simmer for 3-4 min. Stir occasionally.
  7. Stir in the potatoes and parsley. Cold.
  8. Divide the mix amongst 4 individual round ovenproof dishes.
  9. Cover with a circle of pastry cut to fit the top of each dish.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven, 220 C, for 15-20 min or possibly till the pastry is golden.
