Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce soft cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 lrg egg
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese - (2 ounce)
  • 2 x green onions minced
  • 1 can refrigerated flake biscuits - (10 ounce)
  • 5 slc bacon cooked, crumbled Sliced green onions for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer till blended. Stir in cheese and green onions. Set aside.
  2. Separate biscuits into 10 portions. Pat each portion into a 5-inch circle and press on bottom and up sides of greased muffin c., forming 1/4-inch edge. Sprinkle proportionately with half of bacon and spoon cream cheese mix proportionately on top.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 22 min or possibly till set. Sprinkle with remaining bacon, lightly pressing into filling. Remove immediately from pan and serve hot. Garnish, if you like.
  4. This recipe yields 10 servings.
