Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. bacon
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 lbs. horseradish

Direcciones

  1. Cook bacon in 1/2 inch pcs till crisp. Let drain on paper. Put together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, lowfat milk and horseradish. Add in bacon, mixing well. Shape into ball and chill in wax paper or possibly Saran Wrap for 2 hrs.
