Bacon 'N Cheddar Beer Soup

Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 lb Onions, coarsely minced
  • 1 1/4 lb Potatoes, diced
  • 1 lb Carrots, diced
  • 1 lb Celery, sliced
  • 1 can Chef-Mate Bacon 'n Cheddar Cheese Sauce (#10 can)
  • 2 c. Beer
  • 1 quart Chicken stock
  • 1 1/4 lb Mixed Vegetables, frzn
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Liquid Smoke flavor
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced

Direcciones

  1. Place vegetable oil in large stockpot. Add in onios, potatoes, carrots and celery; saute/fry 25-30 min or possibly till vegetables are cooked. 2. Add in remaining ingredients. Combine thoroughly. Simmer 20 min over low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.
