Bacon n' Cheddar Stuffed Eggs

Great for any occasion! Great for breakfast, brunch or appetizer.

Ingredientes

  • 6 Large Eggs (boiled)
  • 2 tablespoons real mayonnaise
  • Egg yolks
  • 3-1/2 tablespoons grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Real bacon Bits
  • Garnish Fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes, remove into an ice bath. Allow to cool several minutes, peel eggs, slice in half, remove yolks to a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, grated cheese, bacon bits and stir well.
  2. Fill the egg whites with a teaspoonful of the yolk mixture, garnish with parsley.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve
