%20and%20was%20known%20for%20his%20undying%20love%20for%20this%20salty%20meat.%20I%20like%20bacon...%20it's%20definitely%20good.%20But%20I%20certainly%20can't%20eat%20a%20pound%20of%20it!%20I%20had%20bought%20a%20package%20of%20center%20cut%20bacon%20a%20few%20weeks%20ago%20and%20I%20wanted%20to%20finally%20use%20it%20so%20I%20whipped%20this%20up%20with%20what%20I%20had%20on%20hand.%20It%20was%20excellent.%20It's%20also%20surprisingly%20low-fat%20considering%20it's%20wrapped%20in%20bacon.%20Center%20cut%20bacon%20has%2040%25%20less%20fat%20than%20regular%20bacon.%20Plus%20two%20slices%20will%20wrap%20the%20whole%20breast%20so%20a%20little%20bit%20goes%20a%20long%20way.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20both%20loved%20this%20chicken.%20I%20would%20consider%20grilling%20it%20next%20time%20to%20give%20it%20another%20element%20of%20flavor.%20My%20only%20issue%20was%20that%20the%20bacon%20didn't%20crisp%20up%20enough%20for%20my%20liking.%20It%20didn't%20look%20cooked%20enough%20to%20me%20when%20the%20chicken%20was%20fully%20cooked.%20To%20solve%20this%20I%20just%20unwrapped%20it,%20microwaved%20the%20bacon,%20and%20rewrapped.%20I%20put%20some%20thought%20into%20it%20and%20I%20think%20it%20I%20had%20cooked%20the%20bacon%20in%20a%20skillet%20for%20a%20couple%20minutes%20prior%20to%20wrapping%20it%20I'd%20have%20had%20more%20success.%20My%20directions%20result%20this%20change.%20Give%20it%20a%20shot-%20it%20was%20some%20mighty%20tasty%20chicken!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESource:%20Stephanie%20Cooks%20Original%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1-%20Lay%20the%20bacon%20in%20a%20skillet%20and%20cook%20over%20medium%20heat%20for%20approximately%203%20minutes,%20just%20until%20it%20begins%20to%20cook%20and%20gain%20some%20color.%20Be%20sure%20it%20doesn't%20begin%20to%20curl%20up,%20you%20want%20it%20to%20stay%20flat.%20Remove%20the%20bacon%20and%20set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2-%20Season%20each%20breast%20with%20garlic%20and%20onion%20powder.%20Add%20some%20black%20pepper%20to%20each%20breast.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3-%20Starting%20at%20one%20end%20of%20the%20breast,%20wrap%20the%20bacon%20around%20tightly.%20Use%20the%20other%20piece%20of%20bacon%20to%20continue%20wrapping%20the%20breast.%20Repeat%20for%20the%20second%20breast.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4-%20Turn%20the%20oven%20on%20to%20broil.%20Set%20the%20chicken%20under%20the%20broiler%20for%203%20minutes.%20Flip%20the%20chicken%20and%20allow%20it%20to%20broil%20another%202%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5-%20Remove%20it%20from%20the%20oven%20and%20turn%20the%20heat%20down%20to%20400.%20Slather%20both%20sides%20in%20BBQ%20sauce.%20Return%20to%20the%20oven-%20cook%20until%20chicken%20is%20cooked%20through.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
