Ingredientes

  • 450 gm Fish steaks
  • 25 gm Tamarind
  • 50 ml Hot water
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Satt
  • 1/2 tsp Btack pepper
  • 1/2 lt oil

Direcciones

  1. Cut the fish steaks into six pcs. Soak the tamarind in water, remove the seeds and add in to the fish together with the turmeric, chilli pwdr, salt and pepper.Leave to marinade for 10 min.Heat the oil and fry fish till it turns brown. Remove and drain well.
