Bailey's Irish Cream Mousse Pie

Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs, separated
  • 3/4 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 c. Walnut meats, minced
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Kool-Whip
  • 2 Tbsp. Shaved chocolate*

Direcciones

  1. Semi-sweet. - Beat egg yolks till lemon-colored. Add in salt and Bailey's. Cook in top of double boiler till yolk mix thickens. cold. Beat egg whites till stiff. Combine egg/Bailey's mix, egg whites, and 2/3 of the Kool Whip, using a folding motion. Mix in 3/4 c. of the nut meats.
  2. Scrape into a baked pie shell. Cover with remaining whipped topping.
  3. Sprinkle with remaining nut meats and chocolate shavings. Freeze for 4 hrs (no more than 8, though).
