This Baileys Irish Cream Chocolate Fudge is full of rich chocolate flavor and infused with Baileys Original Irish Cream.  This fudge recipe is perfect for when you are craving a decadent chocolate dessert. The sweet little sugar fixings on top make it all the better for a St. Patrick’s Day treat! Baileys Irish Cream Chocolate Fudge This Baileys Irish Cream Chocolate Fudge is a great festive treat to bring to a St. Patrick’s Day gathering. These bite-sized delights are decorated with shamrock and gold coin toppings along with green sparkly sugar sprinkles. All that fresh, green color has me thinking of Spring already! This recipe uses mini marshmallows and butter which adds to its ultra-smooth texture. It also can be made on the stove top in a medium-large pot for 15 minutes. It has to set for 30 minutes at room temperature and then 1 hour in the refrigerator.  You can store it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
