Baja Blue Fin Tuna Ceviche

Ingredientes

  • 400 gm blue fin tuna filet
  • 5 gm celery salt
  • 4 x turns of the pepper mill
  • 2 x limes juiced
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut lowfat milk
  • 500 ml First Pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. purple onion
  • 2 Tbsp. cucumber minced

Direcciones

  1. In a stainless steel bowl, mix your tuna and your onion and cucumber together.
  2. Add in your ingredients one by one all while thoroughly stirring and till each item is well coated.
  3. Let rest for a few min.
  4. Serve and Buen Provecho.
