Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 can whole kernel corn liquid removed
  • 1 med green pepper diced
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 quart half-and-half
  • 7 ounce green chiles diced
  • 1 pkt Lawry's Spices and Seasonings for Fajitas
  • 2 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 1 dsh warm pepper sauce to taste

Direcciones

  1. In Dutch oven, heat butter. Add in one can of corn and bell pepper; saute/fry 5 min. Remove from heat.
  2. In food processor or possibly blender, place remaining two cans of corn and chicken broth; process till smooth. Add in to Dutch oven with half-and-half, chilies and Spices for fajitas. Return to heat. Bring just to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat; blend in cheese, seasoned pepper and warm pepper sauce.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
