Ingredientes

  • 800 gm Belly pork with skin
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 5 x Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Yellow beans
  • 3 Tbsp. Dark soy sauce
  • 1 x Lump rock sugar or possibly 2tbsps sugar Chillies, (optional) Water

Direcciones

  1. Cut the pork into 1 1/2inch pcs with skin on. Heat the oil in a wok and add in the garlic and fry till light brown. Add in the onion and the yellow beans and fry for a couple of min till you get the aroma. Add in the pork and fry for a few more min, add in the soy sauce, water and rock sugar and leave to simmer till the pork is cooked. Serve warm.
