Receta Baked Aloo Samosa – Low calorie
Ingredientes
- One medium potato (5.3 oz) with the skin contains:
- More potassium (620 mg) than even bananas, spinach, or broccoli
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup warm water (might need more)
- Pinch of salt
- For the filling:
- 300 gm boiled potato (mash with a fork, this way you’ll have some chunks of potato which is the idea.)
- 1/2 cup green peas (frozen or canned)
- 4 medium baby carrot chopped (Frozen or canned)
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons olive oil to brush the samosas
