Baked Black Pepper & Sour Cream Chicken

Cut up a whole fryer for this easy recipe! Baked and so flavorful.

Ingredientes

  • One 5 pound whole Chicken Fryer
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • one tablespoon cracked black pepper
  • 1-1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Pre Heat Oven 425 F
  2. In a mixing bowl after you cut up the whole fryer and rinse and dry add into the bowl with sour cream and black pepper, marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Place bread crumbs on a plate and remove chicken pieces one at a time into the breadcrumbs and coat each well
  4. Place on a rimmed non stick baking sheet pan with a tent foil
  5. bake 40 minutes (rotate chicken pieces after 20 minutes of bake time to evenly bake them)
  6. Serve and enjoy!
