Receta Baked Cabbage

Ingredientes

1 Head Cabbage

2 Leeks (or 2 Bunches of green onions maybe used if Leeks are not available)

Olive Oil
-
Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

Lime Juice (to taste)

1 stick of butter (cut into pats)

Direcciones
- Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees F
- Spray a 10 x 15 1 inch deep baking pan with cooking spray
- Clean the tough outer leaves off the head of cabbage and cut out the core
- Slice the cabbage into 1/2 inch thick slices, lay on the prepared baking sheet
- Slice the leeks/green onions lengthwise put on top of the cabbage slices
- Sprinkle cabbage and leeks/onions with olive oil, salt and pepper, and lime juice.
- Place 1 pat of butter on top of each cabbage slice
- Place baking sheet in oven for 25 minutes
