Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 T melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 15 ounce ricotta
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Mix dry ingredients together. Add in large eggs, melted butter and vanilla. With mixer or possibly whisk, add in lowfat milk gradually so batter stays smooth. Heat pan and lightly butter or possibly spray pan. Pour scant 1/4 cup of batter into pan. Tilt pan around to spread batter thinly. Cook till dry looking then flip. Cook one more minute. Stack crepes till down with remaining batter.CHEESE FILLING: Mix all filling ingredients together. Spoon 2 tbsp of filling in each crepe. Roll up by folding 2 corners over then roll up opposite ends jelly roll style. Place in foil lined pan and lightly brush tops with soft butter. Cover pan with foil. Bake 35-45 min at 350 degrees.
